Act for Ukraine is a non-governmental, non-profit foundation based in GdaÅ„sk, Poland, working at the intersection of humanitarian aid, renewable energy, and European integration.We support Ukraine’s recovery by strengthening critical infrastructure with green energy and fostering long-term cooperation between European and Ukrainian partners.
Our Mission
We believe that energy is the heartbeat of freedom.
Our mission is to transform solidarity into sustainable impact - by powering hospitals, schools, and communities with renewable energy, ensuring access to light, education, and safety, even in times of crisis.
Together with our partner organization, Energy Act for Ukraine Foundation (Kyiv), and a growing network of European donors and companies, we deliver projects that bring both immediate relief and lasting transformation.

Green Energy for Education

Built a 20 kW hybrid solar power plant at Irpin Lyceum â„–1, recognized by Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, for innovation in sustainable education.

Installed a solar system at Bobryk Lyceum (2024), expanding access to renewable energy and digital learning in rural communities.

Supported nationwide campaigns - “100 Solar Schools” and “50 Solar Hospitals” - implemented with Energy Act for Ukraine, bringing solar power to critical institutions across Ukraine.
Emergency Power for Hospitals

Installed 12 mobile solar power stations (3 kW each) for field hospitals, enabling uninterrupted medical care during blackouts.

Delivered solar lamps and portable power systems to medics and civilians in war-affected regions.

Transparency and Governance
Act for Ukraine operates as a non-profit, transparent foundation under Polish law (KRS 0000967011).
All financial and activity reports are submitted annually to the Ministry of Interior and Administration of Poland (MSWiA).

We do not engage in commercial activities - every euro we receive directly supports our statutory and humanitarian projects.
